Jim Lowe

President, HireFX Incorporated
With two decades of dynamic human resources experience, Jim takes a hands-on approach to customer service, working closely with clients to ensure that their individual needs are met by HireFX's leading edge workforce solutions.  As the architect of HireFX's cutting-edge human capital solutions, Jim has designed systems that have processed more than one million job applications for clients around the world.

Jim's success at HireFX has been driven by a keen understanding that an organization’s success is intimately tied to its ability to maintain a happy and motivated workforce and - critically - that the easiest way to achieve such results was by hiring the right people for the job in the first place.  With experience in all aspects of the recruitment funnel (sourcing, screening, skills assessment, behavioural profiling, testing, interviewing, final selection and on-boarding), Jim is able to team with HireFX's international client base to deliver a superior front-line recruitment process for their organizations.

An Honour's graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and a graduate of Georgian College's Research Analyst program, Jim spent much of his professional career in leadership positions with HireFX's predecessor company, Advantage Interactive Corporation.   In 2014, Jim moved into the next phase of his career, becoming President of HireFX.  Jim's new direction for HireFX builds on the powerful solutions developed by Advantage Interactive with a focus on empowering better hiring decisions for small and medium enterprises.  Jim's specialties include recruitment process outsourcing, research, hiring, applicant selection, recruitment, call centres, contact centers, behavioural profiling, bulk hiring, employee opinion, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, project management, and client management.

Jim is a trained adult educator who teaches career and employment strategies.  Jim's voice is also a familiar one to Ontario lacrosse fans - in his "spare" time, he is the rink announcer for Barrie's professional (The Blizzard) and Jr. "A" (The Lakeshores) lacrosse teams!
